3. Usage Guidelines

Proper usage of our skips is essential for safety and compliance. Please observe the following guidelines:

3.1 Permissible Waste

4. Payment Terms

5. Liability and Insurance

Condition of Property: We are not liable for any damage to your property arising from skip placement, provided we follow the agreed instructions.
Contents Liability: You are responsible for the contents of the skip. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to the waste disposed of, unless caused by our negligence.
Insurance: It is advisable to have appropriate insurance coverage for your property and the waste being disposed of.

6. Collection and Recycling

We prioritize environmentally responsible waste management:

Collection: Upon agreement, we will collect the skip promptly at the end of the hire period. Please ensure access is clear for our collection team.
Recycling: We are committed to recycling as much waste as possible. Your waste will be sorted and processed in compliance with environmental regulations.
Disposal: Any non-recyclable waste will be disposed of in authorized facilities in accordance with local laws.

7. Cancellation and Amendments

Plans can change, and we accommodate cancellations and amendments as follows:

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
Amendments: Changes to the booking, such as skip size or hire duration, are subject to availability and may affect the pricing.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from the hire of our skips will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Waltham Forest.
